I am a broad-minded startup specialist with a proven track record of successful designing and operating acceleration programs.
My unique strength is the combination of my excessive curiosity – essential to discovering new trends and staying ahead of rapidly changing digital world – and experience in creating environments fostering development of startups. I am resilient, ready to cooperate and provide value, because I understand how to effectively communicate with entrepreneurs, innovators and technical people.
I specialise in Lean Startup approach, finding product/market fit and optimising business models.
I’m currently involved in the Starter Rocket acceleration programme, based in Gdańsk, Poland. Responsibilities of Lead Mentor include defining the process of acceleration and implementing it hands-on. Ten startups graduated from programme in two cohorts.
Previously, I had similar duties in other accelerators. First, acting as Co-Founder of Huge Thing – a programme based in Poznań, Poland and later, as Manager of Internal Incubator in Agora SA, leading Polish media company.
Other important experience is running a government sponsored seed fund (LMS Invest), where as Investment Manager I screened hundreds of early-stage startups and initiated investment process in the most promising ones.
Before that, I operated and developed e-commerce, social and media products for Grupa Allegro (largest Polish e-commerce company) and Agora SA.
I completed with distinction a Brad Feld/Kauffmann Fellows Academy Venture Deals course.
